Chris Hoy, Salem City Councilor, was recently appointed to the state legislature to serve out the term of Brian Clem who left his HD 21 seat with one year remaining. Chris talks about the process of being appointed, why he chose to do it, and his aspirations for the upcoming short session and as a candidate for mayor.
